Where can I get Windows XP Home Edition, when I lost the CD? [closed]

I came home for Christmas and there is this old notebook that my dad likes to use. I has a sticker with CD-key for Windows XP Home Edition. However the CD is long lost.

I'd like to reinstall the system. Is there a way to obtain the CD? Thanks.
